We make all our pasta in a Gluten-Free Certified facility, to ensure no contamination can occur and your pasta is made exactly to your needs, whether you are gluten intolerant or celiac. Our staff are required to wear special outfits that remain in a gluten-free environment and our machines have all been purchased brand new specially for our gluten-free line of products and are used exclusively on gluten-free pasta.
